Menu Plan Monday



Menu Plan Monday ~
Monday~ Tilapia (tilapia made with half the recommended butter and double the tomatoes and basil), cous cous, tomatoes with dill

Tuesday~
Honey mustard chicken, baked potatoes, caesar salad

Wednesday~
Chicken and broccoli alfredo pasta I used this basic recipe but add broccoli for added veggies

Thursday~
Breakfast for dinner: Breakfast Burritos Note changes: I use 6 eggs, 8 egg whites, low fat cheese, and whole wheat wraps. Half will be frozen and ready for future easy breakfasts.

Friday~
Pizza Night

Saturday~
BBQ Night with baked beans and corn on the cob

Sunday~
Quiche (type undetermined at this time.... will see what we have in the house), salad

Mmmmm, great meal plan! Sounds like you have the whole healthy menu figured out. You have me really thinking now. :)
