Menu Plan Monday

Here is my menu for this week.... on most nights I will be simply having the meat and veggies... sans sauces and starches. The rest of my skinny family will be eating these higher calorie meals with great gusto.


Monday ~ Easy Italian Chicken (super easy 2 ingredient recipe), couscous, steamed broccoli

Tuesday ~ Golden Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, raw veggies (sugar snaps and carrots)

Wednesday ~ Spaghetti, cheesy garlic bread using this bread, salad

Thursday ~ Easy Enchiladas, refried beans without the refry, corn

Friday ~ Angel Chicken Pasta, caesar salad

Saturday ~ Leftover Day

Sunday ~ Crockpot Roast, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Onion Strings, Salad
