Breakfast: Oatmeal, cantaloupe
Lunch: Buffalo chicken wraps
Dinner: Ham, cheesy smashed potatoes, steamed veggies
Tuesday
Breakfast: Ham and cheese omelets, cantaloupe
Lunch: Mac n Cheese
Dinner: Chicken enchiladas(I use half the cheese, and use low fat options when possible and top the whole thing with red enchilada sauce), mexican rice with corn and black beans
Wednesday
Breakfast: cinnamon toast, apples
Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, carrots and dip
Dinner: Chicken Pasta with Garlic toast, and salad
Thursday
Breakfast: Flax pancakes, homemade applesauce
Lunch: bagel pizzas
Dinner: Ham and potato casserole, pea salad
Friday
Breakfast: Fend for yourself breakfast (cereal, bagels, toast, etc)
Lunch: Potato soup with ham added, fresh bread
Dinner: Pizza night
Saturday
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls
Lunch: Leftovers and fruit salad
Dinner: Pot Roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed veggies
Sunday
Breakfast: Ham breakfast casserole
Lunch: Leftover potato soup with bread and salad
Dinner: Pot Roast Burritos, refried black beans (but with half the water, half the liquid smoke, plus cumin and cayenne pepper), corn
