Menu Plan Monday

This week I will continue posting what I plan to serve the family and where it is different in parenthesis what I will be eating. (I am dieting)

Monday
Breakfast: Oatmeal, bananas
Lunch:
Out for lunch
Dinner:
Turkey Tenderloin, zucchini baked with parmesan cheese, brown rice

Tuesday
Breakfast: banana pancakes
Lunch:
Southwest Soup, Fresh bread, sliced tomatoes with chives
Dinner:
Catalina Chicken, buttered egg noodles, steamed broccoli

Wednesday

Breakfast: Cheese Omelet (egg white omelet with mushrooms and low fat swiss)
Lunch:
Quesadillas, corn, tomatoes (Lean cuisine)
Dinner: Jalepeno Crusted Tilapia, brown rice, salad

Thursday

Breakfast: Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon
Lunch:
Leftovers, salad
Dinner:
Steak fajitas, corn bread (fajita salad)

Friday

Breakfast: Easy donuts, bananas (oatmeal)
Lunch:
Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, veggies and dip
Dinner:
Pizza Night (lean cuisine) Brownies

Saturday

Breakfast: Waffles topped with berries (low cal bread with cinnamon sugar topping with berries)
Lunch:
Baked Potato Soup, rolls, salad
Dinner:
Sausage and saurkraut, sliced tomatoes, brownie sundaes

Sunday

Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls, clementines
Lunch:
Leftovers
Dinner:
Chicken and dumplings, salad
