Home Sweet Home

I always appreciate home so much more after a time away. Right now I LOVE my home, even with its mess and the dishes and laundry waiting for me. I love my bed, although the sheets need cleaning. I love our own home rules... though I need to keep working on them being followed.

I truly enjoyed visiting family and friends and my old church home... and I hope to post some pictures very very soon... but right now I just am enjoying being in my recliner with my laptop and doing what I want, when I want, because I can. Tomorrow, of course, I have to be responsible and do housework and homeschooling and pay bills but not today.

Oh and I have some poetry and artwork to post also..... I have been writing poetry and learning gimp. Just goes to show that you an old dog can learn new tricks. I wish I did not call myself an old dog... old or dog... not sure which is worse. And I wish I could teach our 2 year old dog new tricks... but that is harder.
